1 παῦλος δέσμιος χριστοῦ ἰησοῦ καὶ τιμόθεος ὁ ἀδελφὸς φιλήμονι τῶ ἀγαπητῶ καὶ συνεργῶ ἡμῶν |
| 1:2 y a la amada hermana Apia, y a Arquipo nuestro compañero de milicia, y a la iglesia que está en tu casa: |
And to our beloved Apphia, and Archippus our fellowsoldier, and to the church in thy house: |
2 καὶ ἀπφίᾳ τῇ ἀδελφῇ καὶ ἀρχίππῳ τῶ συστρατιώτῃ ἡμῶν καὶ τῇ κατ᾽ οἶκόν σου ἐκκλησίᾳ· |
| 1:3 Gracia y paz a vosotros, de Dios nuestro Padre y del Señor Jesucristo. |
Grace to you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. |
3 χάρις ὑμῖν καὶ εἰρήνη ἀπὸ θεοῦ πατρὸς ἡμῶν καὶ κυρίου ἰησοῦ χριστοῦ. |

I thank my God, making mention of thee always in my prayers, |
4 εὐχαριστῶ τῶ θεῶ μου πάντοτε μνείαν σου ποιούμενος ἐπὶ τῶν προσευχῶν μου, |
| 1:5 porque oigo del amor y de la fe que tienes hacia el Señor Jesús, y para con todos los santos; |
Hearing of thy love and faith, which thou hast toward the Lord Jesus, and toward all saints; |
5 ἀκούων σου τὴν ἀγάπην καὶ τὴν πίστιν ἣν ἔχεις πρὸς τὸν κύριον ἰησοῦν καὶ εἰς πάντας τοὺς ἁγίους, |
| 1:6 para que la participación de tu fe sea eficaz en el conocimiento de todo el bien que está en vosotros por Cristo Jesús. |
That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus. |
6 ὅπως ἡ κοινωνία τῆς πίστεώς σου ἐνεργὴς γένηται ἐν ἐπιγνώσει παντὸς ἀγαθοῦ τοῦ ἐν ἡμῖν εἰς χριστόν· |
| 1:7 Pues tenemos gran gozo y consolación en tu amor, porque por ti, oh hermano, han sido confortados los corazones de los santos. |
For we have great joy and consolation in thy love, because the bowels of the saints are refreshed by thee, brother. |
7 χαρὰν γὰρ πολλὴν ἔσχον καὶ παράκλησιν ἐπὶ τῇ ἀγάπῃ σου, ὅτι τὰ σπλάγχνα τῶν ἁγίων ἀναπέπαυται διὰ σοῦ, ἀδελφέ. |
| 1:8 Por lo cual, aunque tengo mucha libertad en Cristo para mandarte lo que conviene, |
Wherefore, though I might be much bold in Christ to enjoin thee that which is convenient, |
8 διό, πολλὴν ἐν χριστῶ παρρησίαν ἔχων ἐπιτάσσειν σοι τὸ ἀνῆκον, |
| 1:9 más bien te ruego por amor, siendo como soy, Pablo ya anciano, y ahora, además, prisionero de Jesucristo; |
Yet for love’s sake I rather beseech thee, being such an one as Paul the aged, and now also a prisoner of Jesus Christ. |
9 διὰ τὴν ἀγάπην μᾶλλον παρακαλῶ, τοιοῦτος ὢν ὡς παῦλος πρεσβύτης, νυνὶ δὲ καὶ δέσμιος χριστοῦ ἰησοῦ _ |
| 1:10 te ruego por mi hijo Onésimo, a quien engendré en mis prisiones, |
I beseech thee for my son Onesimus, whom I have begotten in my bonds: |
10 παρακαλῶ σε περὶ τοῦ ἐμοῦ τέκνου, ὃν ἐγέννησα ἐν τοῖς δεσμοῖς ὀνήσιμον, |
| 1:11 el cual en otro tiempo te fue inútil, pero ahora a ti y a mí nos es útil, |
Which in time past was to thee unprofitable, but now profitable to thee and to me: |
11 τόν ποτέ σοι ἄχρηστον νυνὶ δὲ καὶ σοὶ καὶ ἐμοὶ εὔχρηστον, |
| 1:12 el cual vuelvo a enviarte; tú, pues, recíbele como a mí mismo. |
Whom I have sent again: thou therefore receive him, that is, mine own bowels: |
12 ὃν ἀνέπεμψά σοι, αὐτόν, τοῦτ᾽ ἔστιν τὰ ἐμὰ σπλάγχνα· |
| 1:13 Yo quisiera retenerle conmigo, para que en lugar tuyo me sirviese en mis prisiones por el evangelio; |
Whom I would have retained with me, that in thy stead he might have ministered unto me in the bonds of the gospel: |
13 ὃν ἐγὼ ἐβουλόμην πρὸς ἐμαυτὸν κατέχειν, ἵνα ὑπὲρ σοῦ μοι διακονῇ ἐν τοῖς δεσμοῖς τοῦ εὐαγγελίου, |
| 1:14 pero nada quise hacer sin tu consentimiento, para que tu favor no fuese como de necesidad, sino voluntario. |
But without thy mind would I do nothing; that thy benefit should not be as it were of necessity, but willingly. |
14 χωρὶς δὲ τῆς σῆς γνώμης οὐδὲν ἠθέλησα ποιῆσαι, ἵνα μὴ ὡς κατὰ ἀνάγκην τὸ ἀγαθόν σου ᾖ ἀλλὰ κατὰ ἑκούσιον. |
| 1:15 Porque quizás para esto se apartó de ti por algún tiempo, para que le recibieses para siempre; |
For perhaps he therefore departed for a season, that thou shouldest receive him for ever; |
15 τάχα γὰρ διὰ τοῦτο ἐχωρίσθη πρὸς ὥραν ἵνα αἰώνιον αὐτὸν ἀπέχῃς, |
| 1:16 no ya como esclavo Dt23:15, sino como más que esclavo, como hermano amadoDt23:16, mayormente para mí, pero cuánto más para ti, tanto en la carne como en el Señor. |
Not now as a servant, but above a servant, a brother beloved, specially to me, but how much more unto thee, both in the flesh, and in the Lord? |
16 οὐκέτι ὡς δοῦλον ἀλλὰ ὑπὲρ δοῦλον, ἀδελφὸν ἀγαπητόν, μάλιστα ἐμοί, πόσῳ δὲ μᾶλλον σοὶ καὶ ἐν σαρκὶ καὶ ἐν κυρίῳ. |
| 1:17 Así que, si me tienes por compañero, recíbele como a mí mismo.Lv19:33,34,35 |
If thou count me therefore a partner, receive him as myself. |
17 εἰ οὗν με ἔχεις κοινωνόν, προσλαβοῦ αὐτὸν ὡς ἐμέ. |
| 1:18 Y si en algo te dañó, o te debe, ponlo a mi cuenta. |
If he hath wronged thee, or oweth thee ought, put that on mine account; |
18 εἰ δέ τι ἠδίκησέν σε ἢ ὀφείλει, τοῦτο ἐμοὶ ἐλλόγα· |
| 1:19 Yo Pablo lo escribo de mi mano, yo lo pagaré; por no decirte que aun tú mismo te me debes también. |
I Paul have written it with mine own hand, I will repay it: albeit I do not say to thee how thou owest unto me even thine own self besides. |
19 ἐγὼ παῦλος ἔγραψα τῇ ἐμῇ χειρί, ἐγὼ ἀποτίσω· ἵνα μὴ λέγω σοι ὅτι καὶ σεαυτόν μοι προσοφείλεις. |
| 1:20 Sí, hermano, tenga yo algún provecho de ti en el Señor; conforta mi corazón en el Señor. |
Yea, brother, let me have joy of thee in the Lord: refresh my bowels in the Lord. |
20 ναί, ἀδελφέ, ἐγώ σου ὀναίμην ἐν κυρίῳ· ἀνάπαυσόν μου τὰ σπλάγχνα ἐν χριστῶ. |
| 1:21 Te he escrito confiando en tu obediencia, sabiendo que harás aun más de lo que te digo.Lv19:37 |
Having confidence in thy obedience I wrote unto thee, knowing that thou wilt also do more than I say. |
21 πεποιθὼς τῇ ὑπακοῇ σου ἔγραψά σοι, εἰδὼς ὅτι καὶ ὑπὲρ ἃ λέγω ποιήσεις. |
| 1:22 Prepárame también alojamiento; porque espero que por vuestras oraciones os seré concedido.1Tes5:17, Rom1:9, 1Sam12:23, Col1:9, Ef1:16, 2Tim1:3, Lc18:1, Ef6:18, Hch12:5, Mt6:7, 2Tes1:11, Col4:2, 1Tes1:3, 1Tes3:10 |
But withal prepare me also a lodging: for I trust that through your prayers I shall be given unto you. |
22 ἅμα δὲ καὶ ἑτοίμαζέ μοι ξενίαν, ἐλπίζω γὰρ ὅτι διὰ τῶν προσευχῶν ὑμῶν χαρισθήσομαι ὑμῖν. |

There salute thee Epaphras, my fellowprisoner in Christ Jesus; |
23 ἀσπάζεταί σε ἐπαφρᾶς ὁ συναιχμάλωτός μου ἐν χριστῶ ἰησοῦ, |

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen. |
25 ἡ χάρις τοῦ κυρίου ἰησοῦ χριστοῦ μετὰ τοῦ πνεύματος ὑμῶν. |
